| If you need a new piece of equipment, we will work with you in the design process, with you conducting performance testing along the way. When all the bugs are worked out, you agree to purchase the first unit for the cost of material and manufacturing plus 25 percent. Our design work is free, but we will retain all the rights to patent, manufacture and market the product. |
