The Pothole Terminator uses the snowplow frame and hydraulic system to raise, lower, and apply pressure (up to 300 PSI) to pothole filler material. It is equipped with both forward and backward roller scrapers and a roller wetting systen to insure perfect patches using either hot or cold patch material.
